Creating Registrations Between JSD Cloud Projects and Splunk Servers

Registrations allow you to associate specific projects in JIRA Service Desk (JSD) with specific Splunk servers and determine when to automatically send issues. After you’ve connected Splunk servers to JSD, configure registrations.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Click the gear icon, and then click Applications.

  2. Under Integrations, click RealTime Splunk Connector for JSD.

  3. Click the Registrations tab.

  4. Click the plus icon 

    .

  5. On the Add Registration page, configure the registration details. 

  6. Click Save Registration.

  7. Repeat steps 3 – 7 for every combination of projects and servers you want to add.
