The Forty8Fifty Labs Support Portal allows customers to easily track ticket progress and provide ticket updates of their reported incidents and service requests.
Customers will be presented with a pre-defined form to provide the required information to create the initial request. All newly submitted support requests will be reviewed, prioritized and processed by the Support Team in the order of priority.
