Prerequisites

• Obtain administrator access to JSD Jira and Splunk.
• Install and configure the JSD Jira add-on.

Installing the Splunk App

Configuring JSD

1. In JSDJira, click the gear icon, and then click Applications.
2. Under Integrations, click RealTime Splunk Connector for JIRAJira.

3. Click the Splunk Servers tabSchemes tab.

4. Click the plus icon Image Removed Add.

5. On the Add Splunk Server page, enter the connection details for the Splunk server.

6. Click Save Splunk Add.
7. Repeat steps 3 – 7 for every Splunk server you want to connect to JSDJira.
